There isn't too much you can do to an f-body without making it look like absolute crap. It comes from the factory looking very menacing. If I was you, I'd get 18 or 19" wheels (z06 wheels usually look good, c5 or c6) and lower it. The wheel gap on the f-body is atrocious. Other than those 2 things, you can maybe do a stripe package, but that's about it. Don't do ground effects, don't do a different wing, if you have a z28 get an SS hood, if you have a T/A, get the Ws6 hood.
