yea, when i was selling my bike, i let a guy test drive it. on the test ride around the block, he put it down and broke my front break handle and damaged the left trun signal. i was pretty pissed...

no. its a long story. i made him sign out a legal document (promisary note) sayin he'll buy it, but he didnt have any money... (kinda shitty but whatever). i found another buyer willing to pay out full price even with a couple scratches on the fairings, so i tore up the documents and sold it out from under the promisary.
