Get a SPEC 3 clutch and you won't have to worry about burning it out for a while.
(unless of course your pushing more than 459 ft/lbs of torque)
As for places to have it done, I don't know of any I would recommend. I have a friend that works at a Pontiac dealership who I trust to do things correctly, But the dealer cost is up there.

The car is getting a 125 shot next year so that might work perfect
