True, sometimes buying low mile cars isnt always good because they sit so long. But if you think about it, alot of things can constitute a lower than normal price. I think this guy just put up a real en ticing price to sell the car fast. Not like this is on creigslist for 12K or something, if that was the case it would most likely be a scam.
Looks like the value on these has tanked recently. KBB books it at $20,600, although sometimes KBB doesn't account for collector cars or high demand enthusiast cars too well.
I paid 21K for my 10th Anni Cobra with 13K miles on it. It was fully modded for road racing, and was in excellent condition, all but a few swirl marks, and rock chips.
