Borla muffler
K&N dropin
52mm throttle body
Ported intake
160 degree thermostat
dyno tuned by speedinc- havent picked the car up yet, so well see how it feels tonight.

Also has fresh plugs, wires, and a walbro 255 fuel pump. I guess considering this motor stock puts out 285 at the crank, with my mods 291 at the wheels aint bad at all.

not bad at all considering that dyno reads on the low side compared to Speed Inc dyno.

Not too familiar with LT1s but I think it's pretty hard to get 300 to the wheels without a cam.

Yeah, but i like to dream. Hopefully heads and cam will come next year, along with some more sus upgrades. I really want a UMI torque arm.

is that 52mm throttle body an upgrade? That just seems a little small to me....When I had my thunderbird, I was looking at a 70mm throttle body. Just curious as I haven't worked much with GM V8's.

sounds about spot on for a lt1. they make torque like crazy, but hp is hard to sqeeze outta them without the heads and cam especially. still good numbers considering i think.

IIRC its a twin 52mm not a single like the LSx based cars.

Not bad numbers for bolt ons and a tune

yes its a twin 52mm, stock is 48mm. If the car is auto your right about where you should be.

I wouldn't call those numbers disappointing at all. What kind of gains can you expect with nothing but a cam, or a cam and retune?

I guess you just always hope in the back of your mind that you somehow own a factory freak with endless power.

Nothing else this year, plan on saving up and doing the rest all at once, maybe next year, maybe in 3 years.

The fueling is just about perfect, it appears to be a hell of a tune...

Put a stall and a transmission cooler in the car, that thing will be a monster out of the hole with a torque curve like that.

there is much more to tune and making power than A/F chart

but i dont want to upset the speed inc. leg humpers

AFR is not the only thing that affects power.
