im selling a k20 motor.. with an automatic trany.. the intakemanifold is broke because i crash the car..the motor came out of a 03 rsx... the motor has really low miles.. im asking 1000 or make an offert, or i will also trade it for an eg or ek in good conditions.. this is the best time for those jdm lovers.. u know k20 is the hottes motor on the streets.. this is the time.. b16 and gsr are in the past..

FOR ANY CUESTIONS CALL ME AFTER 6 DURING THE WEEK, OR AT ANY TIME ON THE WEEKEND, OR JUST TEXT ME AT ANY TIME.. 312-420-6063

Its funny, cause the K20 out of an RSX puts out the same horsepower as a B16, and 10-20 less than the GSR, and only 10 ft/lb more torque..... Also the K20 out of a USDM base model Acura has nothing to do with JDM...

Well he is right.. the B16 and GSR motors are older so I guess you can say there in the past. Im gonna guess hes trying to sell the 155HP K20? Because he says its out of a auto RSX.

Exactly.

Thats why I think the whole ad is so retarded, He can't spell for shit, he doesn't know his motor is inferior to the lower displacement older honda performance motors he reffered to, and he is saying The typical "MADE TYPE R JDM YO" kinda lingo...

also, do to any kind of K swap costs over $1000 in engine mounts alone, let alone the other bits, while the B16 and GSR engines require no special mounts.

and to BOOT he was in an accident bad enough to break the intake manifold, lord knows what kind of shape that motor is really in.

I heard just swapping a K20 in a Hatch with weight reduction and your in the 12's????

Wrong K20, he's selling a "K20A3"
  • Displacement: 1998 cc
  • Compression: 9.8:1
  • Power: 155 hp (116 kW)* (115 kW) @ 6500 rpm
  • Torque: 139 ft·lbf (188 N·m)* (191 N·m) @ 4000 rpm
  • Redline: 6800 rpm
For those stripper cars that you see ripping off 12's they have:

K24A2 Bottom ends (Out of TSX's and Accords)
with a K20Z3 head off a high revving 07 SI (accord Displacement for torque + high revs from the SI) they usually crack off with intake/exhaust 200WHP, and 170tq.

Any STOCK K engine will land you mid-high 13's at best with a gutted interior unless you land a RSX-S or new civic SI K20Z3 (As per the video)

Fuck the K24.

Im gonna pick up an EG. Swap a B20B4 Bottom end with B20Z pistons and a B18 head.

Then your car is history dan.

B20Vtec swap, Hmmmmm

You'd want a B20Z Bottom end out of a 99-00 CRV, and a GSR or ITR B18C1 or C5 head for the best NA setup money can buy.

B20B is a stronger block. That matched With B20Z pistons and a good B18 head like the ones you listed would make for some mad power.

There is a writeup online about one that was stuffed into a CRX that cranked low 12s N/a for under 1k.
