maybe they are saying that they have the stock pulley too that comes with the car but is not on the car currently...

And WTH is a belt driven turbo? A supercharger is belt driven, a turbo is exhaust gas driven. And anything that adds more air pressure than atmospher pressure is forced induction. So a belt-drive FI?
