Tried that, trust me. Pounded it all over the F'in place. Tried blinker clickin, brights flashin, tried it all. It ain't the console issue.

Hooked up a scanner and it doesn't get any data back @ all...

Do those car's have a security relearn procedure? Jim mentioned the new motor is the same year but using the old motors PCM. When i swapped in a canned tune PCM i had to do some weird key on and off procedure with 10 minutes between each step or something like that before the car would start.

Supposedly, this Heep is not equipped with a security system. Both Jim and I have scoured multiple Jeep forums and it seems that everyone agrees, replace the crank sensor first then the ECM if that doesn't fix it.
