I get mine done by the dealer every 20,000 miles. It's a bit pricey though but they hook up a machine to the car. Cost me $120.00

damn $120!! Sorry but I have never paid that much. Well I guess it doesn't hurt to pay for labor that is done right.

If you're just looking to use Seafoam all you have to do is buy a can of Seafoam and look at the directions. You pour a certain amount in your gas tank before a fill up, i'm assuming to help mix everything up, and call it a day. I've also used the Techron stuff as a preventative measure, but it's nothing that you're going to run through a tank of gas then notice huge power gains. You might see gains if your injectors are horribly gunked up but otherwise i would say it's just a preventative measure.

just pour in gas tank and fill up with gas
