There are far cooler and more effective ways to turn golf's into monsters. And, many tuners aren't a fan of cross-breeding vehicles to that extent (a Mitsu and a pre-2000 Neon maybe one thing, but stuffing a Northstar into a Golf?).

I'm sure they thought "huge Northstar V8 + lightweight gutted Golf couple = fast", but considering the weight of that engine, the unbalanced f:r weight distribution, the otherwise stock limits of the chassis, the stock limits of the Northstar engine, whatever limits of their drive train, the crappy tires in the vid, etc. probably is more pain than gain...

...that car is very undesirable IMHO. Very unimpressive. Actually, I think their modifications ruins the car. (And the behavior and the heckling in the video tells me that these are not truly passionate and serious automotive/motorsport enthusiasts. Lends me to not take them seriously. NO offense.)
