Power seems pretty typical of an unlocked setup. Dyno numbers are just that. Numbers. I expect this would make over 1000 through a manual or locked converter.

Unless this was just some drop in motor, don’t see the point of a 6.0 for 800hp. You can achieve that with a 5.3 easily. All of them love boost and the 5.3 is a cheaper route.

No need for a pissing match.

My point is....w/ the C6Z, its already prone to the valve guide issue....if I was shopping for one, Id much rather it come from a seller than knocked it out and already has a mild build on it. Sure, it will drive the cost up but better than spending all that cash after the fact imo.

This is all hypothetical BS anyway. I'm in no position to get stupid.

Most ones you see for sale have had that issue corrected or have a heads cam swap in them.

Unless it’s some really low mileage one that’s untouched. But those are getting a lot more rare to find.


Also get stupid and build something.... it’s the cool thing to do lately. Lol
