Looking for some insight on enclosed car trailers. I just started my research and have been flirting with the idea of picking one up. Truly the trailer would be parked 80% of the time in the driveway with a car stored in it. It would probably (most likely) be used to move items by friends and family. Im looking at a 8.5 by 24 foot enclosed trailer. Just wanted to see what one should look out for? Any good sites to look at? What to stay away from? Feel free to post here with any thoughts.

Thanks

I have a 8.5 x 20. Carryon is the brand. Keep in mind, they are built cheap. Tires will most likely be junk in a couple years. My only other complaint is the rock dings I get in the front from the tires throwing them up. I wish the diamond plate went 4' high instead of 2'. Also, mine is 6.5' tall inside. I wish I would have went with a 7 or 7.5'. Every once in awhile I smoke my head pretty good on the roof or door opening.

I bought mine at Techworks Trilers in IN https://www.techworkstrailers.com/

ask for Jeff , he's a good guy to deal with . I've got 24ft enclosed with 2 options [ aluminium roof and 10K axles for around $6K

Awesome! Thanks for the link. Great collection you have.

Now that you have a trailer, is there anything you wished you had done differently in your purchase? Positive or negative?
