Youíre mistaking me with all of TCG.

Short arm IFS trucks look absolutely silly with anything more than a level lift. Moving your control arm mounting position down does nothing for performance or ground clearance and unless you go with huge tires you donít actually add much ground clearance at all. A giant flat girder in the front of your truck flat out looks dumb.

no 12" lifts here and to be honest, not spending thousands on any size lift.
I'm saving my pennies for the obsessed garage $3K pressure washer with CR spotless rinse system
Itís seriously cheap and easy to install. Plus I think youíll love the look. There are adjustable ones out there so you can have just a touch of rake or fully level.

Lol...fml

And I agree, that's kind of why I did the 1.5" vs 2"...but they do look so good driving around perfectly level. With the 7x14 trailer and a couple bikes the truck only drops a couple inches...i could live with that for the 6-8 times a year I tow

These new truck owners are too afraid to cut anything. They’ll just install an 8” lift so the corners of there wheel openings clear 35” tires on 20” rims while driving down the highway and the occasional overshoot on a parking stop.

I went with a 2.5Ē spacer up front and add-a-leaf in the rear to fit 305/33/r20 Toyo OCís on my 13í f150. It has about 55k miles on that setup with zero issues. I went with autospring, they make kits for GM as well. I would have loved to dump money into icon or fox full suspension and A arms but if Iím going to be doing serious off-road Iíll use my purpose built RZR. For refernace my driving is mixed dirt road, city, highway.
