Ohio Ford Dealer Will Sell You a 725-HP Supercharged F-150 for $40,000
Lebanon Ford, the Ohio dealership that started selling 727-hp Mustangs for $40,000 back in 2016, is applying its talents to the F-150. For $40,000, it'll sell you a 2019 F-150 with your choice of a Roush, Procharger or Whipple supercharger. The Roush and Procharger boost the F-150's 5.0-liter V8 from 395 to 650 hp, while the Whipple takes things up to 725 hp. That's serious power for not much money.
Lebanon Ford is selling the F-150 at a discount and the supercharger kit for $9399. Right now, the dealer will sell you a V8 rear-wheel drive 2019 F-150 regular cab with a Sport Appearance package for $30,596, which when combined with the $9399 supercharger kit, totals out to $39,995. Josh Hipp, the performance manager at Lebanon Ford, told me over email he expects the prices to be even better in the summer, when Ford typically offers better incentives on trucks like the F-150. So theoretically, you could get a 725-HP F-150 for far under $40,000.
Hipp expects most customers to opt for four-wheel drive and a crew cab, which will drive prices up, as would other options. You can pair these supercharger kits with any V8-powered 2019 F-150, even a $72,000 F-150 Limited 4x4, if that's what you're into. At that point though, the total cost would be over $80,000. In addition, the Roush kit comes with a three-year/36,000-mile powertrain warranty, while it's a $995 extra for the Procharger and Whipple kits.
For $14,000, the dealer has a twin-turbo kit for the F-150 that also bumps engine output to 650 hp. Unfortunately, no warranty is offered with the twin-turbo kit, which, along with the Procharger supercharger kit, isn't legal in California. The Whipple and the Roush are the only 50-state legal kits offered by Lebanon Ford.
