Anyone here has one ? Very similar to V-box but way smaller and without the crazy price . Pretty small box , I just got one couple days ago . It has a magnetic bottom so I didn't even need to install the double sided mounting plate that comes with it . It sticks to my center dashboard speaker

I have seen more and more people using them. I actually ordered one yesterday. But I haven't seen anything on testing the accuracy of the data though. This versus Vbox and so on.

I know on the Porsche and 6SpeedOnline forums they compare the 60-100 & 60-130 times. But they do them from a cruising speed at 60 mph and then let it rip. Your car moves out. But I have seen some of these guys running 4.6-4.7 times with bolt ons. That has to be insane.

Car has to make over 800whp to get 60-130 into 4's . I'll do a roll today to see if there is any difference . I did couple dig hits yesterday , coming back from work , car was very hot and tires had 38psi . I'll do couple hits on drag radials over the weekend

Well, these have upgraded compressor wheels in the stock VTG turbos. So bolt ons in the meaning they have the restrictive turbine side still. Versus say an AMS Alpha 10 kit with ball bearing turbos, larger turbine side, and external wastegates. But they are probably close to 730-760 whp. Maybe closer to that 800 whp number. The 911 turbo seems to do well with less peak power when compared to some other cars. I am sure due to the great low/mid range power they make. They start pulling hard above 3K where other cars may have to get within 1000 rpm of peak power to really start pulling.

I think most times are around 5.9 to low 6's on pump gas. But on E85 pushing the turbos hard, they can dip in the 4's. Which is just crazy.

I think they like the cruising start at 60 mph because big turbo cars that take a while to spool get shown in their times that way. If you have quick spooling turbos or rolling anti-lag it doesn't much matter.

Ya, I get it. I'm not really into the 60-130 times. I would bet the 60 mph start came about from high hp, rwd cars needing to be that high to hook well enough. But maybe I am wrong? I feel it is the same with the 1/2 mile stuff came about because people couldn't hook, or didn't want to damage anything launching it hard, doing a 1/4 mile pass. That allowed them to roll to higher speeds before the went full throttle.

But I guess the 60-130 & 1/2 mile stuff makes it easier to see where cars stand compared to other vehicles. Without the risk of damaging parts or spinning bad when launching the car from a dead stop

Air down the tires to 32psi and made couple more hits got 2.81 0-60mph . 3700rpm launch and mid boost in first gear .my worn out 3 year old tires won't support full boost in first gear , 3700 rpms is the max the support too
