So my mother in law has a 2008-2010 Mercedes E350 that she loves, however the drivers seat leather is FUCKED up. And since she is awesome for us I want to replace it for her...

Do we have any vendors on the site that can help? Or anyone have any experience on cost and how good it looks?

Mercedes leather last forever I've seen 1990s benzo leather that look mint and the car is a rust bucket did someone grab a knife to the leather seats? You might want to try eBay or a Mercedes forum and buy a whole leather skin replacement or a whole seat.

Its just the bottom part of the seat... I am not sure what actually happened. But it is FUCKED...

A good upholsterer should be able to pull the skin, deconstruct the seat, cut some new pieces and sew it all back up. Not sure how bad the cost would be.
You might see if you can just find an entire seat from LKQ or or ebay.
There might be some aftermarket options as well.

She already found an eBay chair....there goes my x mad present ide
