Could Ford or FCA have any plans in the works to put this in a mustang or challenger?
Wonder if it would fit to make an awd mustang or challenger using this electric axle powering the front wheels instead of a traditional engine and transfer case layout?
87hp but a mind blowing 1475 lb-ft of tq. from a pretty small unit.

think of the drivetrain options!
1. rwd with fwd powered by the electric axle
2. put this in the back of a small fwd car to power the rear wheels
3. full retard and put 2 in a gutted junk box wbody shell or any shell for that matter and have a whole 174 hp but almost 3000 lb-ft of tq i know james would like this idea........
