Need to Plug my Car's Holes

Okay, so it's been a year with my 2012 Caprice and the MOST ANNOYING ISSUE I've always had with the car was the roof plugs continually blowing off during drag races, long road trips, or just randomly. I've gone through a whole sheet metal plug kit already and no longer want to keep doing this.

Anyone know a body shop that can help seal these holes once and for all?

Hole #1 [Rear Driver Quarter Panel]

Hole#2 & 3 [Roof]

(the most annoying one is the one with the Vibra-tite decal, I got it for free at Roadkill Nights and it has since held up to the rain storms)

Hole #4 [Roof, near rear window]

I don't trust myself doing body work (I've done it before and it looked terrible), so if anyone knows a good body shop or someone who can help, i'm all ears.

Are you gluing them down ? I would try permatex clear rtv adhesive sealant.

Are you gluing them down ? I would try permatex clear adhesive sealant.

I've used different brands of silicone, but they don't hold up to 90+mph. I need a permanent fix though, when rain gets in, it stains my headliner and I don't enjoy spending the afternoon scrubbing my headliner with Resolve.
