What to do with this '47 Plymouth

I've had it for over 2 years and just can't seem to make space or time to start it. It is complete, just needs assembled. I keep thinking of Rat Rod instead of stock cruiser. Any ideas?? Maybe I'll get motivated!!

I don't think the body will look good as a rat rod. I think I would restomod it. Keep the body mostly stock but throw a nicer interior and drivetrain in it.

clean street rod, maybe a modern fuel injected mopar motor like a 5.7 hemi maybe not. disc brakes and updated interior. so kinda resto moddy kinda stocky

In all seriousness though if you turned it into a gasser and put a big motor in it would you actually race it? While thats not exactly my type of car per se, (I dig the Cobra :headbang I have a ton of respect for people that maintain a classic and keep it on the road. So I say I say restore it to factory with a few modern amenities, power brakes, power steering, electronic ignition etc.
