Harbor freight wooden dolly, fill in the center with wood, and a standard jack. I've yanked a lot of transmissions with my little HF dolly.

shit just pull the cup out of the damn jack saddle, get a piece of 3/4" plywood, drill hole in middle, use button head lag bolt, bolt to jack with large washer, plywood formes slight "bowl", rathcet strap or mechanics wire to hold it to the wood.

Fuck that sounds like a lot of effort. And that is if you have all that shit lying around. Sounds easier to just borrow someone's trans jack.
