Chrysler 3.38L trouble. Town & Country

It's a 06 with the 3.8L. Codes are EGR and MAF sensor.
Threw a new map sensor on there for the hell of it and cleared the codes. EGR is new. Still need to clean out the tube.
The thing is a dog. Slow as balls off the line and doesn't want to go past 3400rpm in any gear.
All the gears shift fine.

I've been an import guy my whole life and know nothing on the domestic stuff.

Anyone have any ideas on where I can start troubleshooting?

Something is holding it back . Check low fuel pressure or clogged exhaust .

Does it rev up normally if in neutral ?

One for the maf, one for the egr and one for the turbo/supercharger WTF

How do I check for low fuel pressure? I'll have to see if I can get it in the garage to unbolt the exhaust.

If it's turbo then it cold be turbo problem . Would cause low power .

There is no turbo. That's why I'm confused I got that code

Looks like the 3.3 and 3.8 have something called a variable intake control system .

I'd start with maybe a clogged cat. Converter.

Quick search . 05 GC loss of power, can't get to highway speed

Got some new tires on it and dropped it off to have the cat replaced.
There is a clunk in the front so it's probably a tie rod or sway bar bushing. I'll get it fixed and an alignment done and hopefully it's ready to rock in a few days. Will let you know

New cat on. No revving issues
New inner tie rods and minimal clunk now

Will inspect it more tomorrow

Yep so far. And the goofy codes are gone except for the egr issue

I will be driving it tomorrow so I will report back on how things are going

If you burn oil excessively that could have clogged the cat or antifreeze can do it too. Or it just cracked or something .Probably was original
