Deans in St Charles for top notch work. He has a dyno but Kurgan usually does his remote tunes. I'm sure you could use the dyno with whomever is tuning.
Hans @ Deans Performance. He's worked on my car and does a great job. You'll have to call him multiple times though as he's usually busy working in the shop.
yea i'll give them a call sometime. just trying to now to see what all shop that are out there. headers and xipe install should be easy with most shops but i want my tune to be super on. would i need to change my fuel system to run a race full tune than a pump gass tune.
the long tubes and catted x xip i already have. i bought them just incase i have to get a emission test sometime plus its a little loud for me. we move a lot so emissions i have to be on top of. THere mac long tubes with lethal performance catted x pipe. not must power mods done to the car. port port supercharger with 2.76 pulley. stock lower. just about every kenny brown suspension mod done to it. Gordsford Heat Exchanger w/ fans. SCT Big Air Mass Air Meter BA3000 and heat exchanger with fans. the rest just kenny brown suspension stuff. clutches and etc.. nothing crazy. i think it was dynoed 46o rwhp.
so the long tubes ARE on the car? You dont need long tubes to pass emissions. Fords are getting harder to pass emissions tho, especially when you turn off various systems in the tune.
i already have them now. i was hoping installiation will run about 500 then i'll go ahead and get them put on. it barley gets driven so not in a big rush.
why do that. should be a quick noise adjustment exhaust on mustang is usually a first for me because they sound great. . legal now. shouldn't cost must to put on. plus there weren't expensive to by in the first place.
Long tubes arent straightforward on cobras and you're not gonna see much gains. If you're just worried about sound, try a few different catback setups.
