That Mustang sure responds well to the 10lbs. I wonder what it puts down to the wheels. Anyone know?

IIRC it was in the 725 range to the tire. E85 too. Its a beast with that auto. Thats the right combo for that car. I would love to replicate this to a 2015 auto premium GT. easily run mid 10's on a tire, and break hearts on the street. I think that coyote in the vid has been 9's too.

Thanks for the details. I was thinking somewhere around 2x stock rwhp.
2x370 (what I believe stock is)= 740

I was close :)

If only I could convince myself to go auto for my fun car, the exact replica of my current car in 2015 form is right down the road for sale. It has nav and the auto, but otherwise has the same options as mine had when I bought it. These 15's are still a bit expensive though for me to justify it right now. The auto just runs so much better than the mt82.

I was guessing that with said mods it could be making two times the wheel horsepower a stock GT makes. Wait.... that is a 5.0, right ?

In which case your math still makes no sense. Your numbers are all off.

They make more than 2xx stock. Then you just throw 2 x 370 out there. Where does the 370 come from? lol

hes saying he thinks they make 370whp stock and they make 2 times that with a blower on it

Even then, 10psi isn't two atmospheres. If it was two atmospheres, that "loose guideline", is at the crank. So things like driveline loss, thermal efficiency and other variables are not accounted for.

(14.7 + 10) / 14.7 = 1.68 (multiplier)

370 rwhp + 10 psi is 370 x 1.68 = 621

More realistically would be something like this.

410 rwhp (tuned E85) + 10 psi x 1.68 = 688

Pressure Ratio can you give me the equation for enjoyment per mile of driving a Coyote powered vehicle vs an LSx powered junkbox?

Keep in mind my truck is also Coyote powered

You are talking a multiplier number that is so big the human mind can't even comprehend.

The best part is the formula I used above is a formula for 'pressure ratios'. hahaha
