You can not 100% isolate everything. You have to ground a battery to a chassis, you have to ground a chassis to a body.

We've been dealing with this in the truck world for years. Truck and trailer bodies are aluminum.

I know what galvanic corrosion is and am very much aware that trailers, trucks, ambulances, firetrucks and many other things utilize steel & aluminum construction.
