Where to get custom 1 piece DriveShaft custom made?

I know there has to be a slew of people on here with custom DS's.. who are some of your favorites? Im in the Naperville area.. prefer to stay close to that if possible... then again, dont mind driving to get a quality piece.

I'd say strange engineering. I run one of there shortened driveshafts and never had an issue.

Suburban driveline built the steel one that I put in my truck, 1350 u joints, think I paid like $400. I think Strange would have been cheaper but I found out after the fact.

they have an order sheet they can email you.
i would just call midwest, and ask them how they want it measured.

GTO has goofy flanges too. So SUBSCRIBED.

$680 for me. But I don't need 1000hp

EDIT: Same as GTO. Those rubber Guibos wear out and are expensive to replace.

Yeah you'll need a 1 piece for sure. I broke a GM 2 piece with bolt-on power. SDL is very good but very expensive. I was talking to them about a DS for my turd gen.

I'll be doing a cd009 swap on the supra, is strange engineering the best place to go to for something reasonable? They are actually the closest to me. I'm looking to have the oem driveshaft modified to work with the new trans.

I doubt they will modify a used driveshaft, but they definitely make new ones. And they’re only a few hundred bucks
