I dont have carfax but being a GM vehicle I looked it up in GM's history of service. It had an intermediate shaft replaced, a steering gear replaced, and rear view mirror glass replaced all at 33,000 miles. Other than that nothing notable.

It had 1 recall for the tail gate support cable and that has already been done
