SCT Tuner Question - Emissions

Seems like our friends at the Illinois EPA wised up last year and can now determine through their OBDII testing if all of your emissions systems and diagnostics have been turned off in your tune. Learned that when I tried to take my car through a couple weeks ago.

The car was dyno-tuned by the previous/original owner, and everything was shut off at that time back in 2003. Just wondering if I use the SCT tuner (that presumably has the custom tune on it still), can I fairly easily edit the custom tune and turn all that crap back on for emissions testing purposes? I did a bit of research, and it seems like it should be fairly easy, but I have not dabbled much with tuning and software. Essentially, I do not want to inadvertently jack up the custom tune that is on the car now. I'd rather take it somewhere (Dean's?) and get it done right if it's not a pretty straightforward process.

Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks.
