I am selling my 86 s10. The truck has a 4.8L, t56, blower cam, and a homemade intake with a stagmeier ported m112 lightning blower. The truck is from Georgia so it is rust free and very clean underneath.
I think we will start of with a video to get you interested!
Truck drives great and gets decent fuel mileage. I would trust it to drive anywhere. Also took it on powertour this year and was shown in hotrod magazine! This truck sounds crazy awesome with the blower and will definately get some attention!
Engine:
4.8L (1xx, xxx miles)
Cam (I'll have to look up the specs)
Patriot dual springs
Hardened pushrods
Cut down truck pan
Custom intake setup to bolt on a lightning blower
Blower ported by stagmeier (~14psi)
Shorty headers
Single 3" exhaust out the back
Exhaust cutout
60 lb injectors
Walbro 255 in tank pump
Aftermarket rails and adjustable fuel pressure regulator
2 bar map sd tuned
tuned with low timing for 93 octane
Intake has meth spray bar built in (2 4gpm nozzles but no meth kit on the truck
Transmission:
01 camaro t56 30k miles on a rebuild
LS7 clutch
LS2 flywheel
Rear end:
Stock s10 rear (I think 3.42 gear)
Suspension:
1" belltech front drop springs
2" drop spindles
4" rear drop block
Brand new steering linkage and steering box
New ball joints
New a arm bushings
New shocks on all corners
Interior:
Digital dash conversion (all gauges work, 6k tach)
Blue tooth stereo
A/f gauge in glove box
Blazer buckets
cb radio (for powertour)
Good heat
No a/c
Exterior:
Ladder rack (for the sleeper look
grandpa bug shield
Stock wheels with brand new tires (235s)
Also comes with 2 extra rear wheels with 235 et streets
The bad:
Motor mounts need replaced, they were stock rubber mounts and the rubber is torn. They are clam shell style so the engine can't go anywhere but they should be replaced.
Driver side front fender has been replaced and needs the silver stripe painted on it
Other than that the engine bay could use a little clean up and the blower motor resistor needs to have the connector swapped on it so it can plug in (heat only works on high)
I also made brackets to use the 4.3 a/c compressor on the ls engine and have the a/c box and condenser. Basically everything to make the a/c work that will come with the truck.
Feel free to ask questions and thanks for looking
This thing is like my ultimate sleeper.
