Manual trans flush on a 05/06 GTO 6.0L LS2 anyone know how to do it? friend needs help with it.

pull off the pan, then the filter, then add some fluid letting it drain off, install new filter, bolt up pan, fill with recommended fluid

There is a plug on the bottom side of the trans. its should just be a 3/8 drive just take a ratchet w/extension and remove let it drain then plug it back up. there is two ways to re-fill the trans First off either way you go take the plug out of the side of the trans (cant remember which side) and put a pan under the hole. if you have enough room fill it through that hole or pull the shifer and add it through the top of the trans until it runs out. Then replug.


I recommend Royal Purple fluids in the trans I love that stuff dropped the temps of the trans in my Z28 drastically and hardly trans noises (howling and what not)

daddys a orthodontist he aka hr drives the GT40 around on weekends around downtown naperville and then brings out the GTO to school


i dont think he even paid for gas once in his life


even when the warrenty runs out his daddy will buy him a new GTO or something better
