I'm in need of renting a Dyno locally. I need to touch up my tune and a Dyno is the safest place to do this. I don't know of any dyno's locally that rent out for another tuner to come in and Use that companies Dyno. I don't expect this but as I'm doing my own tuning. It would be nice but if it's not an option I can see why.
Midwest Hot Rods in plainfield. They will rent it out and let you tune your own ride. I'm not sure on price, I asked last month when I was there and I think he said $150 an hour. Might be less but you should call em to be sure.
