The problem is the specialty tools and lifts for some of these cars. Plus the required factory training. Anyone that can afford these cars can also afford to maintain them so they're not going to take it to Joe's Pump and Lube to save a few hundred bucks. They'll just take it to Lamborghini and know it's being done right.

But on the less exotic cars there's demand for dealer alternatives but there's also a billion independents out here that specialize in Porsche or Audi or any other manufacturer you can think of.
