Sportauto did a dyno too, they are stating 465 flywheel HP. This is about what I would expect out of this gen M3, don't know why they are advertising at 425HP. I honestly think they lose a lot of sales in the US because of this.

On the scales, this F80 weighed in at 3590lbs (pounds) with a nearly 50/50 weight distribution. The dyno numbers are what really impressed us, though. BMW claims this motor makes 425hp and 406lb-ft tq at the crank; on our Dynojet this M3 recorded 424hp and 425lb-ft tq at the wheels!
K, now I could see owning an M3. This car gives me all sorts of chub. God bless BMW and their consistent ability to under promise.
