I'm out in the Detroit area testing HD trucks and one of our editors had the Ecoboost F-150 Tremor from the media fleet (regular cab, short bed). Flogged it down Milan a bunch of times and came out with a best [email protected] mph. Not too shabby, though also slower than a Lightning, and over $40K  That's an uncorrected number in 75* weather on an un-prepped track. Driving this thing after taking one-ton diesels down the track towing 16,000 pounds felt like I was behind the wheel of a Miata.

Here's more info on the package: 2014 Ford F-150 Tremor: Road Test - PickupTrucks.com News

i really wonder what the 5.0 same thing would do it in...

we have a standard cab f150 with the 5.0 6at at work and I really doubt it would come anywhere in the 14's and that my be because of the gay traction control that i dont know how to shut off or if you even can, but the standard cab 2500hd gasser we have is way faster than the f150
