What's on your Power Tour to-do list?

We're 41 days away. I'm trying to wrap up the following on the TA before Power Tour:

Replace windshield
Replace Spohn torque arm cross-member with dip to one without the dip
Replace catted Y with cat-less Y
Fix broken driver's seat fore-aft adjustment
Wheel alignment
Replace blown speakers

Tune engine.
replace windshield, repair/re-paint A-pillar.
Notch K-member for A/C Compressor.
Make A/C work.

I could do it without A/C, but WHY suffer through it. Without A/C, I would be tempted to just take the Focus, and while the formula is similar, its just not the same as having Muscle. V8 RWD is almost a requirement.

TDS Delrin kit. Nothing better. I was amazed one of my headlights was working at all. when I pulled the motor apart there was nothing but dust and crumbs of nylon in there.

623mi round trip. Just about two tanks of gas. Idk what hotels you're looking at but maybe 150-175 in gas for the whole trip.
