Hail... PDR?

So... both the Yukon and Dart got F#CKED in this past weekends hailstorm... but since there are so many cars that probably got nailed I talked my buddy into some organzed PDR work... its in Algonquin... free estimates... and all work is guaranteed through his body shop (A&E) or his PDR guy (Quality Dent Magic) - so if they missed a dent or one comes back they will take care of it no charge!

On a side note I'm working on getting him to be a vendor on here since he does amazing work - if anybody is interested or have any questions you can call Andrew (owner of A&E) direct at 847-858-5104 or you can ask me... but I'm most likely just going to ask him...

No problem - he runs a full out body shop... He just didn't normally have a PDR guy(s) in house - he also specializes in foxbody mustang repair/restoration/etc.

Once the snow melts off my truck and T/A I need to check them over. I know the truck has a few dents and the slightly cracked windshield is now fully cracked, but since the truck is white it's not easy to spot the smaller dents.

I bet they will... Shit got intense by me, and as far as I can see I was on the "moderate" end of things as far as size of the hail.

Yeah problem is all the "hail chasers" that show up after these big storms... Problem with them is they are only here for a month at most... If they missed a dent or one comes back after they're gone... You're screwed because they aren't around to fix it - he is using a local guy that normally does mobile pdr but is giving him two locations to set up shop and do his thing!

Damn I didnt know the hail got this intense here by us, The hail I saw was about jelly bean size, I went to go look at the cars afterwards and saw no damage

It was 80% nickel sized by me with a handful of bigger pieces

And the verdict is in... $1250 for the dart and $1875 on the Yukon for hail damage...

we had a CTS-V that had 80 ding marks from hail last year... $1300 later it looked brand new

jesus. my old ladies brand new rav4 was outside for this. she was less than pleased but i could only find maybe 1 dent that i have no clue if it was there before or not.
