redrilling axles

Who's gotten theirs done and for how much? I've got a set of axles in the 9" that are 5X5.5 and I want em to be 5X5 or 5X4.75. I'd probably need the old holes plugged, new holes drilled and possibly some wheel studs. Anyone got a source/price for this? Thinking I want to get back to a single pattern and one spare tire again.

I had a few sets done over the years. The last set cost almost as much as new ones. If the holes need to be plugged for sure it'll cost a bunch. The last set of axles I bought were 2225.00 shipped new with studs, seals and bearings, the drilled ones are 100 or so just to drill them. The plugged ones were more.

These would need plugged because they have the service hole. Would probably want to narrow my axle by the time i got some mosers or something. A couple inches off the passenger side to make things fit better would be really nice.

The service hole needs to stay unless you get aftermarket bearing retainers, they plug the old stud holes.

Moser won't even do them anymore unless they are stock axles. I went through all the hassle of sending mine back and bam. Fucked for a new set it at cost and they picked up the shipping.

They are stockers, considering I thought you could get a set of Mosers for $250-350 I don't see $100+ for drilling and shipping back and forth of some heavy axles would be worth it.

I have a few sets of 9 axles. One or two are 4.75 pattern. If you know the spline count and length you have/need I might be able to set you up.
