Mityvac to bleed brakes?

Anyone here use a Mityvac to bleed/flush brakes? I have had one for a while, and have never been successful using it for this purpose, which is 100% why I bought it. I usually end up ditching it and going with speed bleeders or the old-school 2-man method. Anyone use this successfully?

I used one to change my brake fluid last season...worked great actually. I was planning on going to harbor freight to get a new one for this season. I think the key is going slow and not building up too much pressure in the line. If you build up too much negative pressure then it will form air bubbles.

Bought one from HF. $20 and you can use it for a number of jobs. Well worth it.
Just installed rear Z06 brakes and will be using it to bleed brakes.

Gravity bleed unless its an abs system. Then I use my snap on power bleeder.
