315/35/17 NT05r or 26x10.50x16 M/T ET Bias ply

For the cobra:

The 26x10.50/16 is a lot skinnier than the 315/35 NT05r. Looking for track use only. I will obviously benefit more from the bias ply, correct (traction)?

What would this ultimately turn my stock gear ratio into?

Is et street radials an option they make a large 17 like that I think and I've herd they hook as well if not better than the bias ply
