4.6L SOHC Oil Leak-Need Some Feedback

Hola Amigos,

I have what I believe is an oil leak from the or around the "boss" where the oil filter somesuch mounts to the block. Does this make sense?
Has anyone experienced similar leakage?
Any suggestions on a fix? Other than the obvious.

125,000 on the motor. I have ran it pretty hard since 89,000 miles with the ignition and exhaust upgrades I have done.

Find where the oil is leaking and replace the related gasket. Take aspirin for any headaches, Tylenol for any cramps

the oil filter housing has the lower radiator hose connected right next to it, right?
4 bolts and a $10 gasket. very simple job to do, and very common on the older 4.6s.

I actually HAD the gasket kit once and lost it over time. I can see one bolt. I suppose the other is above it. See it's like 190F here in Dallas FtWorth and I just about heat stroked out taking a week @ 5am-_7am to replace a leaking tail shaft housing and change the trans filter. It can wait till Fall...lol
