If the road looks too good to be true to be reckless on, and go all out, it prolly is. Cops know to hide at that crest or up that on ramp to get you. Lesson learned and jail time averted.

Ive seen cops chilling on those folding fabric chairs with radar guns before on Lake st. Hiding in the trees! About half a mile past that is four squad cars >:|

Wisconsin and Indiana are two places I do not push the speed limit much in. Indiana is more forgiving then Wisconsin though. Up there they will bend you over 2x before giving you the hurt.

i think those are more for the news to record average MPH to accuratly report traffic times. just like all the cameras they have up all over on top of the lights.

They would have to have a cop present and close in order for that to work. Could that hold up in court though? You could make the officer show you his radar and go from there.

Yeah up here when you get into Kenosha and Racine Co on the Hyway, they are all over the place and will get yo ass for 5 over. Even more so if you have IL tags. But with a good radar detector you should be able to avoid the fuzz, but thats not a guarantee.

From my understanding, and don't hold me to this, but I heard that these are actually observing traffic patterns and it's not a radar. But who's to say they won't do that.
