Need some help, clunk from new struts.

So I could use a little help. Recently I purchased a set of Bilsteins for my 02 SS. I had them installed at a local shop. Anyway after about a day of driving I noticed a clunking noise coming from the front end when I would hit a pot hole. I'm guessing it's coming from the new front struts as the noise wasn't there before. I don't believe they used a new strut plate in the installation which I'm guessing could be the problem. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Did you check to see if everything is tight? I assume something they took apart wasn't tightened properly.

Did you check to see if everything is tight? I assume something they took apart wasn't tightened properly.

Checked yesterday, everything seemed tight, probably going to take it back to them. It just annoys the hell out of me when something isn't right.
