2005 GMC SIERRA CREW CAB, 22's, Lowered, complete wrap - $15500 (LEES SUMMIT)

2005 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT 89,000 miles
Crew Cab, short box
2wd, factory 3.73 gears posi
Dark grey cloth interior, BOSE, center console
Never wrecked, all factory paint, no rust

I am selling my truck I just spent the last few months modifying. I found another truck I want so I am going to part ways with this. The truck was recently wrapped by Chux Trux on Independence in matte grey metallic. Its also got brand new 22" KMC slides, new Bridgestone Dueler tires, all new shocks with a slight lowering kit. I also just put a brand new gm steering wheel in the truck because the other has a little wear on it. The inside/outside looks like a brand new truck. The paint under the wrap is white and in awesome shape. Only reason for the wrap was because I wanted something different. The windows have been tinted recently as well. Truck is a head turner every where I go. I just had the transmission, cooling system and rear diff serviced with BG products which come with a lifetime warranty on the items the fluid runs through. So in other words the trans has up to $1,000 coverage on a repair, cooling system has a $1,500 coverage on repair and rear diff has $1,500 coverage on repair. This truck drives like new. Have all paper work for the above items. I am the third owner of the truck.

I'm Really leaning the black chrome route.... Worst case if I hate them I'll have my buddy paint them chrome.
I want to lower it first tho.

That makes sense, and I'd say you are leaning the right way.

Seriously this thing is awesome. I thought that last mileage thing was a fluke so I set out today to prove me wrong. Well... I didn't. I went 155 miles in just under two hours... So averaging between 77-78 mph. Used 6.4 gallons of fuel. 24.2 mpg at 78 mph.

Also, 76mph = 2k rpm. 3.23 gears are hilarious.

yeah. not good at all.

it's pretty crazy cuz the only wheels i seem to like for trucks are factory wheels... the aftermarket stuff with the fake rivets and shit like that are terrible.

yeah i scrolled through all 20" 6x139.7 wheels on ebay that were less than 1400 bucks and the only ones i liked were factory wheels and maybe like an aftermarket one or two.

I agree. 22" is perfect IMO. Still has a sporty look to it at that size. I'm not a fan of big wheels on anything.

New body needs 24s
older body needs 22s

I still think you need the 22 inch factory wheels from the new body burban or escalade

305/40-22. Its the best size to get a decent sticky tire. I think my previous size was 285/45 or 50.
