Every day or two I do a search on craigslist from 1948-1978. This is what Peaked my interest last night. I stopped at 1970 because I switched to a search for cars under $700 to find a beater for my buddy for a week or two while his truck is getting a trans rebuild. No real reason for this thread other than to see if anyone wants this cool shit. Feel free to post your own... I know Phillip and KJ have their truck one, but I didn't feel any of these except the power wagon fit that...

If anyone wonders why I've had so many random cars.... Blame Craigslist.

1962 Bonneville 4 Speed
Needs quarter repair, but that's a cool ass car.

1962 Pontiac Bonneville
Would be cool to drop a motor in and leave the surface rust body for awhile.

1964 Olds F85
Would be interested to see what kind of body work it needs besides paint.

1965 Chevy Biscayne $3500 - OBO

1965 chevy chevelle project car

1968 Chevrolet Caprice Impala
I really like this... Ready to go car mechanically, if the body is as solid as he says, a decent repaint is all it would need to be a great cruiser. Too bad it's still not equipped with its 396 though.

1969 Buick 225

**1969 Toyota corona (2 door)**
Funny little thing. Kinda cool if you ask me.

1969 cadillac

1970 Buick wildcat (455) 2dr hardtop

1970 Grand Prix 94k

1970 Pontiac Grand prix 455 ho car

1970 Dodge Power wagon
This.... is awesome.

1970 Caddillac fleetwood

the 62 bonne with the 389 looks like it could make a cool early 60's racer. Infact, looks like it might have been one or someone tried to make it look like one.

If those fenders are aluminum it could be worth some $$$

Edit: didn't see it said fiberglass. Could still of been an early race car for sure. Doubtful anybody has made fiberglass fenders for an early 60's Pontiac in forever

I'd scoop up the Biscayne, ditch the rims with some Corvette rallye's(short center caps), lose the ghey beaner lettering on the trunk, black deluxe interior, and cruise the fuck out of it.

And then drop a 396 BACK into that 68 Impala, find the owner who swapped in the 350...and slap em across the face.

Fuck I want em both.

Great finds Frank!!! You really found some gems there.

The secret is to put a price of around 8,500-10,000. And the only thing you put in the search field is the year. Ex. "1968". You usually only get 5-30 results, and put it in grid view and you'll see a picture if the listing has one. I've found that's best for this kind of spread

When I was growing up, my dad had a '68 427/435 4-speed corvette. Corvette bronze with bronze leather. Ended up selling that and getting another '68 427/L89 in Daytona Yellow. Also a 4-speed. I have a soft spot for the 68-69 cars, but I generally love any C3's... as a matter of fact, I'm gonna do a search for some now lol.

Call me gay, but I never really minded the late 70's-82 C3's. Sure, the L48/82 cars were anemic, but, that's what LS motors are for :)
