I've owened 1 and a new version of 3, my sisters bf has a tbss that I drive all the time. I'd go with the Jeep, hands down.

I'd have to assume a fairly wide price difference between the three?

1 being cheapest, 3 being the most $$$

If I was ok with 12mpg, I'd buy the TBSS. A lot of content and car for the money IMO.

Yeah I should have included approx price. Not that it really makes a difference since I wouldn't mind driving either of them and price is not the real question. The GTO is appox 11k, the TBSS would be approx 17 and the Jeep is approx 19k. I guess I really should take Mpgs into consideration but coming out of a G8 it doesn't really matter. I really like the Jeep but 110k miles scares the shit outta me.

I'm leaning towards the GTO because its cheaper and mileage is decent but then again it would be my year round DD and I would really like AWD. Decisions decisions

GTO-Not for me.
TBSS- Nice. Shity mileage. but not for me
Jeep-trans problems. Slow compared to the SRT LX cars so i'd just get one of those. But once again not for me.

I would go with the tbss then. Gas wont be much worse than the gto, it's gonna cost around the same to mod, awd...

The guy selling the Jeep said some trans work was done last summer but couldn't tell me exactly what was done, which worries me. Maybe they freshened it up and it's gold but who knows. He told me the dealership that did the work and gave me his vin. Can I call the dealer and find out? Doesn't someone on where work as a tech for Chrysler?

You can check the carfax too, if it was done at a deal it will be listed on the cars history.

True, I would think that if there was any work done then there was a issue, if they didn't replace the trans then the issue can still be there. I'd step away from that and go with the tbss
