good point, i can see the appeal of a 2000lb ae86 over a 3000lb sedan/wagon with the same wimpy suspension parts/brakes

but they do have a cult following in japan/australia and newzealand

Just looks like an old shop that closed down. It is interesting though in japan they have basically closed down all junkyards so at least at the shop I visited that was catered towards Z cars they had about 2 of the 3 floors of parts and cars and a whole exterior lot full of parts cars along with 4-5 containers worth of parts. The owner even mentioned that he has had to get parts from the US as we have more Z cars and less rust.
