100% tint?

Does anyone know if there is a 100% tint on the market? Yes I am implying I would not like to reduce my visibility or change the look. I would like to make my side windows shatter proof for my own safety.

I searched on-line, but I cannot seem to find anything unless there is a term I am unfamiliar with that I am not using for my search.

Any help is appreciated.

No. To my understanding the percent was how much sunlight would actually get in the car. So 3% is the darkest and 100% would let all sunlight in. I literally wish to make the side windows shatter proof like the windshield.

I didnt say it could be used on automotive windows though. LOL

And FYI a windshield is 2 pieces of glass with adhesive sandwiched inbetween.

Viper Security Film, but it's 54% or darker....

Typically, security style film, or uv blocking film, I know the stuff I have access to order is 78% iirc., probably be the lightest you can find. I'm sure any full out tinting shop would have something like that.

Look up "Hurricane film" or "hurricane glass" or something of that likes. Homes in the south have their glass "tinted" with this clear film to make them stay together when they break, like a windshield.

Regular tint is not going to stop your glass from shattering everywhere, a special product will be needed. Fyi, even 50% will not impair your visibility whatsoever so I would not worry about trying to find close to 100%.

Home tinting places have clear tint that has only uv protection. It's installed on home windows to protect the carpet and furniture from fading from the sun exposure. There are products like this on the market for cars too with no tint to them.
