Thats a Fiero chasis, you see a decent number of these on the Fiero forum I'm on. I've never seen a kit car on the Fiero I've liked, they always end up looking terrible.

Why make something look like something else? I never really got kit cars modeled after far more expensive cars...Factory 5, basically anything, really the only catch.

I was thinking it might be. Makes sense why its got the L67 in it now, probably jst easiest for him rather than fitting a V8 in there lol

Exactly. A lot of the kit cars require you to stretch the rear of the vehicle to fit the mold. Usually the front ends remain relatively unchanged.

The non stretched kit cars look horrendous, the stretched ones look a bit more realistic.

I would own one of the bottom two, if they weren't branded. They look like cool cars, but that's like badging a truck a 4x4 when its not..except even worse since its a fiero to a lambo/ferarri/etc.

I saw one at one time, they did a supra into a bentley. FUCKING RETARDED.

What was it that caused the fiero to burn? I actually saw one burning years ago on I90. Nothin left but some rims and a motor, could of hauled it away in a garbage bag.

1 of the causes was the weather stripping on the read decklid right by the rear window glass. Leaves and such would accumulate there and once the decklid is opened they would fall directly onto the catalytic converter, instant fire. There was a recall to remove the weatherstripping to prevent the fires. I believe there was also an issue specifically with the Iron Duke engines that caused fires. I want to say something with the valve covers maybe, not 100% sure though.
