2009 Nissan GT-R AMS Alpha 9+ kit Complete!

Just finished having the Alpha 9+ kit installed on my car. Figured I'd post a few pictures. Big shout out to AMS, great shop and people to work with.

Car made 670 AWHP and 621 AWTQ @ 20PSI.

I did everything but the built motor so I had them dial the boost back a bit.

Car runs awesome. This kit is unbelievable, the car pulls even more like beast!

Here's a list of what AMS completed for me:


Alpha 9+:

AMS ALPHA 9+ R35 GT-R turbo upgrade with Forge
MS wastegate actuators, lower intercooler pipe adapters,
all oil and water lines.

AMS GT-R Alpha indcution kit including Black power
coated upper intercooler piping and AMS induction pipes

TIAL Q Blow Off Valve 11 psi Spring Black

AMS R35 GT-R FMIC Kit w/Logo

Injector Dynamics 1000cc High Impedance Injector Set
(6) R35 GT-R [need PnP adapters]

Aeromotive 340 LPH fuel pump, offset inlet - inlet inline
w/ outlet

AMS R35 Nissan GT-R 4 Bar ALPHA MAP Sensor

Alpha 6+ Trans Upgrade:

AMS GTR ALPHA 6+ Trans upgrade including:
PPg 1st gear set
Dodson Super stock clutch
Dodson FWD retainer
Dodson Mechanical lock #1
Dodson Mechanical lock #2
O-ring and seal upgrade kit
Oil pump shaft upgrade with blueprint
6 magnet kit
Stainless re-usable internal filter
Reshimming and resealing rear differential with high
temp oil seal

Surprisingly, still could be a DD. Only way to explain it is that it feels stock until you jump on it then it's a totally different monster. Spools up really fast, able to launch 0-60 in about 2.7... lol

White R8 w/ CF blades. Loud as shit too. AMS put a capristo exhaust on it. lol

The launch is brtual. Need to get it to the track but should run low 10's no problems.

I'd HIGHLY recommend the lingenfelter pulley for the ZR-1. We saw HUGE gains with it. Over 90WHP on the dyno at Sound Performance. I love the GT-r but the ZR-1 is more "fun" to drive IMHO.
