Cop takes bikers helmet cam illegally

I think this was posted somewhere on here a few months back but this is an update to the story.
Basically a guy was in a pack of riders and some of them were acting like douches. When the cop tries to pull some over they get taunted by some of the riders.
So what does the cop do? He pulls someone over who is not doing anything wrong and because they want to take his helmet cam for evidence which is completely illegal. Cop does it anyway and gets rough with the biker after he questions the cop. They also make up a charge after the fact so that they can justify themselves in pulling the guy over and taking his property.
The best part is when they question the lady at the sheriffs office and she just has a completely blank stare because she knows it was illegal.

Yeah I know the original helmet cam video is around here somewhere and I looked for it but couldn't find it. This one has a couple of updates though.

its bullshit.... I ride with a go pro attached to the top of my helmet and on my side fairing.... its not to record "dangerous stunts or speed" more or less to capture the essence of the ride, and have something to watch and reflect on when its cold and dreary out during winter.

While I definitely don't agree with the actions of those assholes on the bikes, it doesn't warrant taking this guys camera to use as evidence. The footage of the lady at the sherrifs office is priceless
