When I wasn't working I roamed around with my phone and took a bunch of pics and vids at SEMA. Tons of amazing cars and builds.



Flying west, I spotted Byron drag strip from dee plane.

Before entering the show, this was perhaps an indication of the 90% crap that was inside the show.

Tornado Videos.com Tahoe converted into tornado tank. It shoots probes from the PCV pipes on the side.

It actually looked like this guy ground the pattern into the body and then put a clear over it.

Despite being associated with Affliction, this was a bauce ride

The owners of this truck drive it on the street ... in Florida where it's street legal. The real gem in this pic is the guy's shirt that reads "My Indian Name is Chief Pounderhard"

New AMG MB engines in old MB iron. Love it.

Someone mistook this Scion FR-S for a park and installed a bench on the back. It was turbo, though.

This whole outside area is open to the public.

I've seen the Dominator in person before and chatted with Reed Timmer on it. That thing takes a beating and besides going through alot of brakes the trans and engine are all stock and running perfect

I was only at SEMA for 2 days and that is not nearly enough time to capture all the fun, cool, and exciting things SEMA has to offer! (Definitely need all 4 days)
SEMA is such a unique event and Im glad I was able to go the last two years (thanks to tmbutitta). This year was cut short so I only had a few main objectives: GRC event, outside demos, and a few miscellaneous builds I saw brewing online!
Most of the car pics, if not all won't be to most of this sites taste but I didn't have time to take pics of some of the other neat projects that were there. I saw on Speedhunters.com that they did some coverage on the new/hot trends.


As we fly in

1 of 2 AWD TBSS's to lay frame

700hp LS3 motor, obviously a work in progress. Owner/builder was standing by it so I got a chance to talk to him. I had a FMS hat on and he noticed it, asked me if thats the shop that works on TBSS's.

This was the free Monster they were giving out. Not sure if the "Mad Dog" is out yet? I've seen the Dub Series but not this one. Tastes pretty good, had a few as you can get as many as you'd like.

Block was running good until his fire mishap, which has an interesting story inside the car. There are YouTube vids of the fire and him still pushing through it until it was too intense and he had to call it quits.

These aren't exactly new but I was able to hold one and it was light...but not on your wallet for 13k for one off full carbon wheels. 17-19in, get yours now for your Porsche!

Vossen Ferrari, their booth had this car and a bunch of wheels on display. They gave away a 2.5hr dvd w/87 different car/wheel combos on it. Pretty cool

The Aventador was big here this year for the exotics. There were probably 10 total.

This one had a very unique matte/metallic paint scheme. Pics dont do it justice..

Another car that had a huge success was the FRS/BRZ. Honestly there were 15 FRS's here but maybe only 5 BRZ's. Still it was the "IT" car of the show.

Probably my favorite FRS due to the fact that its daily driven and has the Rocket Bunny Kit. This particular kit was on about half the FRS's here and most were turboed or supercharged. The kit is $2700 for aero only/$4995 aero with GT wing.

You couldn't walk through that show without tripping over an FR-S/BRZ at every corner It was sweet to see all the turbo/supercharged ones. Definitely in abundance.

good god. would give left testicle. car is perfect. was fun with 200hp. can't imagine what it'd be like with more than that and different wheel/tyre and susp combos!!
